1. Shipping Policy

2. Return Policy
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. But the unsatisfied event caused by the manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products for our customer unconditionally. You must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. Goods must be returned unused and contain all the original packaging and labels.
Please confirm the color, size and style when placing your order according to pictures we offer. After receiving our products, if you are not satisfied with color or size, but not quality problems, exchange or partial refund of purchase amount are available. Return shipping is at buyer's expense.
As to quality problems or mistaken version, please take photos of the items and send them to us. We take full responsibility if quality problems are concerned. We will credit your original method of payment. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
3. Exchanges Policy
If you would like to exchange items for a different style, please inform us the tracking number after the items are being shipped back. Once we receive your package, we will ship the item you reorder. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer. 4. Order Cancellation
If you are not satisfied with the product and want to exchange for another one, you can contact us with your order ID and tracking number. You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
5. Friendly Notice
If you did not receive your tracking number within 3 days after placing your order, your e-mail server may have seen it as spam. In this case, please contact us for assistance. We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. For overseas orders this process can take up to 30 days.
