How do I place an order?

 

We continually refine our ordering process with the aim of making it as simple, quick and secure as possible. Before ordering, please ensure you check the following details:

You have chosen the correct size for your product.
You are aware of the delivery dates for the product.

You are aware of the Terms and Conditions, specifically relating to jerseys with shirt printing, or retro items, as these are non-cancelable. If you are need help with any of the above points, you can ask our staff using the ‘Ask a Question’ link which can be found on the product page. This allows our team to give you custom feedback tailored to the specific item you wish to order.

Once you have finished adding items to your basket, click the ‘Checkout’ button.

You will be asked to input your delivery and billing address. You will then be taken to our secure payment page, where you can pay with your visa card or master card. On completion of the order, you will be shown an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email (please make sure you enter your email address correctly).

All payments processed at Footballshirtshop are fully secure. All the personal information is encrypted, meaning it can’t be read as it travels over the internet. At no point during the transaction will anyone at Footballshirtshop see your payment details. Complete all the details required on this page carefully, ensuring that all the fields are completed fully. Then click the purchase button. Your order will then be confirmed, and all you have to do then is sit back and wait for the goods to be delivered!

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We offer a number of payment methods, all of which are processed securely through our server. Your card details are fully encrypted and at no time does anyone from our team ever see your card details - these are kept fully secure and private.

 

Credit card

 

Our main payment method is Visa Card or Master Card.
Please select the desired payment option and proceed to the next page where you will enter the card details. Based on the type of card you are using for payment, you may then be asked to enter further details to enhance the security of the transaction. This request of information comes direct from your card issuer and relates to a password that identifies you as the authorized user of the card. If you do not have a password set up you can do so online during the transaction.

All visa card and master card holders are subject to validation and authorizations by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. Internet Fraud is Illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases.

Please ensure you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and the billing address corresponds as it appears on the card statement. Payment will be taken in GB pounds (£), and if applicable, your card will be charged according to the exchange rate at that time. We are unable to accept cheque, cash, or postal orders via the website.

Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases.

 

Bank Transfer / Western Union

 

While we strongly recommend visa card or master card payment methods, as these allow for much faster processing of your order, we do accept payments by Bank Transfer or Western Union if you do not feel comfortable processing your order online.

 

Possible reasons for payment declined


1. Guests did not correctly fill out payment information
2. Issuing bank does not support online shopping
3. Guest card balance is not enough
4. Guests have an adverse payment records which did not pass the our payment partners bank filtration system (non-payment, document deception etc.)
Should you want more detains on declined reasons, you can send TR ticket to head office to check the reason.

Technical Issues

I cannot login into my account?

Please note that if you are trying to place an order relating to a promotional offer or voucher code which is close to expiring, we will honor the terms of this offer even after it has expired, assuming you make contact with us regarding the problem prior to the expiry of the offer.
